Abstract

The technique for improving the reproducibility and accuracy of SRXFA determination of Rb, Sr, Y, Zr and Nb in samples of rocks with a wide range of inclosing matrixes is suggested. It is based on the use of Rb or Sr, widely occurring in most types of rocks and reliably detected by other methods (XRFA-SRM) as internal standard for a final element concentration calculation in SRXFA. A set of national Russian reference samples was used on the stage of technique elaboration.
