Abstract
The improved utilization of production capacities is of great importance for the development of socialist economics. A fuller utilization of the available production equipment in all the branches of industry makes it possible to increase the output without new capital construction. The fulfillment of the monumental goals of the seven-year plan demands a rise in the standards of work in organizing the production capacities of enterprises, in bringink to light the inner potentialities far an increase in capacities and in utilizing these potentialities in the interest of communist construction.
