Abstract
This study aims identifying the obstacles that face entrepreneurs in Tabuk. The study has been covered in three chapters. The first chapter was the theoretical framework of this study whereas it discussed the concepts and basics of entrepreneurship. The second chapter explored the development of the concept of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The third chapter discussed the present condition of entrepreneurship in Tabuk to identify the problems and restrains faced by entrepreneurship projects approved by the entrepreneurship Institute in Tabuk in 2014. The study arrived to the following problems and restrains that face entrepreneurship in Tabuk: Problems related to promoting the entrepreneur product or service. Financing problems. Administrative problems. Based on these problems, the study recommends the following: Necessity of providing marketing assistance to entrepreneurs and produce new methods of promoting the products and services. Continue providing a complete financing support that include providing accounting and financial advice. Issue administrative instructions that encourage entrepreneurs to a personal responsibility and follow- up of their business instead of depending on foreign workers in order to enrich their personal experiences. Continue raising awareness among youth and students by organizing related events, festivals and presentations. Establish a unit of entrepreneurship studies or include an academic course that enhances the interest toward entrepreneurship at Tabuk University.

تعتبر ريادة العمال أحد أبرز وأهم المفاهيم التي يتم تبادلها على نطاق واسع في الوساط الاقتصادية في جميع دول العالم على حد سواء ويكتسب هذه المفهوم زخم ًا متزايد ًا في المملكة العربية السعودية وغيرها من الدول العربية؛ للتحديات الكبيرة التي تواجهها في حل مشكلات بطالة الشباب ،وتنشيط الاستثمارات ،وتعزيز النشطة الاقتصادية في المجتمع لزيادة الإنتاج ،وفي هذا الإطار يمكن التأكيد على حدوث العديد من التحولات التي أدت إلى تصاعد ظاهرة البطالة بين الشباب من خريجي مؤسسات التعليم العالي ،مع تراجع قدرة المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة على توفير فرص العمل مقارنة مع أعداد الخريجين ولمواجهة هذه التحولات ،قامت العديد من دول العالم بتبني مفاهيم وأفكار ريادة العمال من خلال تضمينها في مناهجها التعليمية في المدارس والمعاهد والجامعات والمؤسسات التدريبية
.4كما دلت عليه نتائج بعض الدراسات حول الريادة ،2فإن الرياديين الذين يأتون من بيئات أسرية تمارس العمال التجارية والاستثمارية تكون لديهم توجهات أكبر نحو الدخول في مجال العمال وكذلك بالنسبة للذين سبق لهم دراسة ريادة العمال خلال مراحل دراستهم ،وبنا ًء عليه ،فإن خصائص عينة الدراسة فيما يختص بالخلفيات الاسرية المرتبطة بمجال العمال التجارية والاستثمارية يصل إلى %4فقط غير أن الجانب الإيجابي هنا هو ارتفاع التوجهات نحو المشروعات الريادية في تبوك بصورة قد تعتبر مغايرة ،ويعتقد الباحثان أن ذلك يؤكد حدوث تحولات إيجابية نحو الريادة بسبب الدور الإعلامي والتنفيذي الفاعل لمعهد ريادة العمال وغيرها من المؤسسات ذات
