Abstract

본 연구는 기업차원의 상용직 고용 결정요인을 분석하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노동소득분배율 변수는 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 노동소득분배율이 높을수록 상용직 고용을 증가시키는 것으로 추정되었다. 영업이익률, 매출액, 연구개발비 변수는 상용직 고용을 유의하게 증가시키는 반면, 자본집약도, 외주가공비, 임시·일용직비율 변수는 고용을 감소시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 인건비 변수는 임금인상이 이뤄진 당해 연도는 상용직 고용을 감소시키는 반면, 그 다음해에는 상용직 고용을 유의하게 증가시켰다. 둘째, 산업(제조업/비제조업), 기업규모(중소기업/대기업), 기술유형(노동집약적/기술집약적)을 구분하여 노동소득분배율이 상용직 고용에 미치는 영향을 추정한 결과, 전반적으로 노동소득분배율이 높을수록 상용직 고용을 유의하게 증가시켰으며, 고용에 미치는 영향력은 각 특성에 따라 약간 달랐다. 따라서 기업차원의 상용직 일자리를 늘리기 위해서는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 노동소득분배율, 영업이익, 매출액, 연구개발비 변수 등에 대한 정책을 강화할 필요가 있다. 또한 산업, 기업 규모, 기술유형에 따라 고용에 미치는 영향력이 다른 만큼, 이를 고려한 각특성에 맞는 일자리 정책이 요구된다.This study analyzed the determinants of employment at the enterprise level by merging data from the National Statistical Office s Corporate Activity Survey for 10 years (2006 ~ 2015). The results are as follows. First, the labor income distribution variable had a statistically significant positive effect, suggesting that the higher the labor income share rate, the higher the employment of regular workers. While operating margin, sales, and R & D variables significantly increase the employment of regular workers, it is estimated that capital intensity, outsourcing costs, temporary and daily staff ratio variables reduce employment. The labor cost variable decreased the employment of regular workers in the year of wage increase, and significantly increased the employment of regular workers after one year Second, as a result of estimating the impact of the labor income distribution ratio on the employment of regular workers by classifying the industry (manufacturing / non-manufacturing), enterprise size (SME / large enterprise) and technology type (labor intensive / technology intensive) The higher the employment of regular workers. Employment impacts were slightly different for each trait. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen policies on labor income distribution, operating income, sales, R & D variables, etc., which are analyzed as having a positive(+) influence in order to constantly employ regular job positions at the enterprise level. In addition, employment, which has different impacts on industry, size of enterprise and type of technology, needs a job policy for each characteristic.
