Abstract
Abstract The composition and working principle of DCS system are introduced, as well as its configuration, function and basic language. An account of the design of auto-control system on dyeing machine is narrated, and the advancement of the system and the importance of cascade control are further put forward. Its control rate can achieve above 95%, which can reduce labor intensity and improve working environment.
