Abstract
Presents the design of a thermal conductivity cell type of instrument for the measurement of small changes in the composition of binary gas mixtures. The sensitivity and accuracy of the instrument are given for several gas mixtures, and compared with those of other instruments. The performance of the device is superior to that of previous instruments of this type and, in the case of non-isotopic mixtures, to that of mass-spectrometric analysis.
