Abstract

In recent years, regenerative braking has been gradually proposed. Modular regenerative braking devices are installed near the wheel to recover the rotating kinetic energy when landing and convert it into hydraulic energy for braking. The core part of modular and integrated design is the actuator valve block. It is necessary to organically integrate all hydraulic components of an aircraft brake system, such as the on-off valve, hydraulic pump, motor, oil tank, accumulator, temperature and pressure sensor, one-way valve, relief valve, and oil filter. At the same time, it is very difficult to ensure high reliability, high strength, and a high power-weight ratio, and the temperature near the wheel is high, which can reach about 600°C when working. This is challenging for the design of the actuator valve block. In this paper, the integrated and modular brake actuator valve block is taken as the research object, and the actuator valve block is designed and developed using new technology, new structure, and new materials. Finally, the strength, stiffness, reliability, and weight of the actuator valve block meet the requirements of the brake system.
