Abstract

Previously a novel chaotic transmission method was proposed in air traffic voice communication system, which was applied in remote radio control transmission. It has better performance than Frequency Shift Keying in transmission efficiency, bandwidth efficiency, and anti-additive-white-noise performance. However, the channel noise in communication has great effect on the proposed transmission method. Thus the problem of chaotic modulated signals affected by channel noise and how to design chaotic M-ary communication system in additive color Gauss noise for data transmission are studied in this paper. Firstly, chaotic modulated signals' boundary range affected by additive white Gauss noise is studied and the formula is derived. Then, the design of chaotic receiver in additive color Gauss noise channel is given, and the construction method on how to design anti-additive-color-Gauss-noise chaotic communication system is proposed. Finally the simulation result shows the correctness of chaotic receiver boundary range formula, the proposed method in this paper can improve the anti-additive-color-gauss-noise performance of data transmission, it provides a new way for remote radio control data transmission.
