Abstract
CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)regulates the development of the project. This tool — MS Project import and export the design and implementation, the main contenders for GCGL project management tools on the part of the integrated MS Project. Microsoft Project is the world's most popular Web-based project management software. MS Project provides Gantt, WBS (decomposition of the structure) technology to achieve a very good project. WBS effective utilization of this tool technology, to achieve the design work packages, assists in the GCGL work tool for the management package. Further use of MS Project Gantt, WBS, such as technology, integration of more functions of MS Project, supports the development projects. Using MPXJ and XML, it designs and implements MS Project import and export into GCGL, Effective uses MS Project on the advantages of project management. The practical application provides an example of validation.
