Blood clam (A. granosa) is a type of shellfish that has important economic value and has the potential to become one of the leading marine fisheries products. The research method used is purposive sampling with systematic random sampling. The result showed that the density of A. granosa was low abundant each stasions at Tanjung Gunung. Total Organic Carbon range 1,03 – 5,57%. Sand (80%), Silt (11,65%), Clay (8,35%). Based on the analysis, density of A. granosa has the correlation with sedimen type and water quality (Dissolved oxygen, Salinity, Temperatur, EH).
