Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing the learning organization strategies among Arab school principals and its relationship to their thinking styles. A descriptive survey correlational methodology was used, through the practicing of the learning organization strategies questionnaire, which consisted of (26) items, and the thinking styles questionnaire, which included (28) items. The sample consisted of (379) Principals and educational consultants. The results showed that the degree of practicing the learning organization strategies among Arab school principals was moderate, and that the prevailing patterns among Arab school principals were in the following order (organizational, logical, social, and creative). There was a positive direct statistically significant correlation between the practice of the strategies of learning organization among the principals on the total degree, and their thinking styles. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education held training programs to enhance the practice of learning organization strategies among Arab school principals.
