Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of leading distance education processes in schools in Riyadh and its relationship to achieving educational goals from the teachers' point of view. The correlational descriptive methodology was used for the purposes of the studyز. The sample consisted of (400) teachers from schools in the city of Riyadh, responded to the study tool consisting of (69) item distributed into five domains The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of leading distance learning processes in schools in Riyadh and its relationship to achieving education goals from the teachers' view was moderate. The domains were ranked in descending order (achieving education goals, practicing distance education leadership towards teachers, practicing distance education leadership towards parents, practicing distance education leadership towards students, practicing distance education leadership towards technology .The results also showed that the correlation coefficient reached (0.367) and this it indicates a positive correlation between the response of the study subjects to the two axes of the study..
