Abstract

The study aimed to identify the levels of flexibility in educational leadership and crisis management among primary school principals within the Green Line in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its correlation between flexibility educational in leadership and crisis management from the viewpoint of teachers and principals. The study used the descriptive, correlational methodology. To achieve the objectives of the study, a two-pronged questionnaire applied, the first to measure flexibility in leadership, and the second to measure crisis management. The study sample consisted of (374) teachers and principals. The results revealed a significant degree of leadership flexibility, a significant degree in crisis management, and a positive relationship between the degree of practicing flexibility in educational leadership and crisis management. One of the most important recommendations of the study was the completion of work on developing pre-crisis sensing.
