Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of administrative decisions in crises management in formal Jordanian public Universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey methodology. The study tool was developed and verified for validity and reality. The study sample was chosen stratified randomly of the study population consisting of the heads of administrative departments at public Jordanian universities.The study sample consisted of the following regions: north (Al-Yarmouk university), south (Mutah university), central (Jordan university). The result of the study showed that the evaluation of the sample for the degre of administrative decisions in the management of crises of public Jordanian Universities, on the whole instrument of the study were medium, also there are statistically significant differences between the sample due to males, human faculties. while the results of the study showed also that there were no statistically significant differences between answers averages due to (age, years of experience).
