Abstract

We study the mass effects of the top-quark t on the angular distributions of the b-quark jet arising from the decays of the W−-boson produced with high transverse momentum in\(\bar pp \to \)Open image in new windowhigh-QTjet+anything. We point out that the angular coefficients α1 in the helicity frame and β1 in the Gottfried-Jackson as well as Collins-Soper frames can provide useful information in determining the t-quark mass.
