Abstract
SummaryStructure and strategy of a depot-neuroleptic clinic in the Netherlands are presented. Since 1975 a multiprofessional team offers a wide scope of activities in rehabilitation of schizophrenics, from reactivation groups three times weekly to general information evenings several times a year, individual and goup activities are being held. To facilitate an overview of depot- neuroleptic treatment in schizophrenia, four institutions, two Dutch, one Danish, one Scotch, have pooled resources and developed a computerized documentation-programme. As first results great regional differences in type of neuroleptic drug, dosage and co-medication are registered.
