Abstract
The last order in the Czech Republic concerning protection of health from the adverse effects of electromagnetic radiation [1] has been in force since November 1, 1990. The order determines the values of the maximum permissible irradiation and field ceiling levels for both occupational exposure and general population (Table 1). Instructions for determination of both the field and irradiation levels as well as categorization of the work and methodological guideline [2] are referenced. Standards for ELF exist at present in draft formerly.
