Abstract
In this paper, a simple, rapid and safe method of Reverse Northern was introduced. A non-radioactive labeling system was used to label the probe. During the process, the quality of probe was normalized three times to rule out the possibility of false results. Samples were dotted as microarray and were hybridized effectively. The method is effective and expected to be widely used in laboratories.
