Abstract

The cyber-physical production industrial safety provision in emergencies is based on control technologies, which are applied in different combinations to prevent catastrophes. Emergencies are consequences of cyber-physical systems failures, which could lead to mass violations of equipment functionality modes and to a cascade distribution of failures through the entire cyber-physical production workshop. The techno-genic emergencies danger relates to construction and functional equipment violations completing technological operations with aggressive, explosive, highly flammable substances, which may penetrate out of the work chamber. Preventive measures reducing risks of safety accidents are address cyber-physical system control united in a conveyor line. The conveyor as a control object is regulated with actions produced with a virtual calculator based on control detectors data installed in cyber-physical systems and beyond them (in the technological environment). There is a scheme given how to control a cyber-physical production using the action dual mechanisms over the control objects.
