Abstract
Sepia officinalis’in onemli embriyonik gelisim kriterlerinden biri olan ic kabuk gelisimi 30 safhalik embriyonik gelisim surecinde detayli olarak yeniden tanimlanmistir. Safha 24+(XIV)’da subye kemigi olusumu baslamistir ve kalsiyum karbonattan olusan kalkerli yapi gorulebilmektedir. Safha 26(XV-XVI)’da subye kemiginde ilk bolme gorulebilir, ancak henuz hava ile dolmamistir. Safha 27(XVI-XVII)’de ilk bolme tam olarak olusmustur, jelatinimsi akiskan yerini hava kabarciklarina birakmistir. Safha 30(XX)’da yumurtadan yeni cikmis juvenil 7-8 arasinda bolme iceren ic kabuga sahiptir
