Abstract
La finalitat d'aquest treball es abordar la situacio del comerc electronic a Espanya a partir dels desencadenants i frens que influeixen en el seu desenvolupament. D'una banda, s'identifiquen els factors que incideixen en la penetracio d'Internet entre la poblacio espanyola i com hi influeixen; de l'altra, s'explica la compra per Internet a partir del fenomen anterior, i tambe altres variables rellevants.
