Abstract

Under the background of new engineering, technological innovation and industrial upgrading have put forward higher requirements for the theoretical and practical abilities, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of pharmaceutical students. The cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical professionals is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring medication safety, and improving people's quality of life and happiness. This article analyzes the subjective and objective factors of learning and practice, the construction of practical systems, and ideological political education. It summarizes the problems that pharmaceutical students currently face in their learning and practice, and proposes targeted and feasible plans to actively promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial high-level pharmaceutical talents.
