Abstract
The article is to clarify the current development level and existing problems of the innovation management mechanism of high-tech enterprises, take Chinese and Russia high-tech enterprises as research object to conduct comparative analysis.Most of the previous literature only studies the statistical indicators level of innovation, or only studies the management mechanism of high-tech enterprises. This article linking 2021 GII analysis with high-tech enterprise development situation, reveal the current situation and problems of the management mechanism of high-tech enterprises.Through data and comparative analysis shows the latest statistical indicators of the level of innovation of China and Russia. Point out the problems existing and the key reasons cause the slow development of high-tech industries. And has made a comparative analysis of China and Russia shows similarities and uniqueness between the two countries.This article can help high-tech enterprises to identify the problems and areas that need improvement in the current situation. It is also of great reference signifi cance for governments to think about future investment directions and policy formulation. Scholars who are interested in research on innovation management of high-tech enterprises, regional economic research, and 2021 global innovation indicators would get useful information from this article.
