Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of evidence -based nursing on the children with hand , foot and mouth disease merger encephalitis.Methods In our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 treated 150 cases of children with HFMD merger encephalitis were divided into two groups according to different degree of order , each group had 75 cases.Control group received conventional nursing in-tervention, the observation group adopted the evidence -based nursing intervention .Curative effect, length of hospital stay and nursing satis-faction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100.0% ( 75/75 ) it was significantly higher than that of control group 93.3%(70/75), length of hospital stay (10.2 ±3.2) was significantly lower than that of the control group (15.2 ±3.6) d, nursing satisfaction 100.0%(75/75) was significantly higher than that of control group 92.0%(69/75), the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Evidence-based nursing intervention is helpful to improve the children with HFMD merger encephalitis curative effect , can shorten hospitalization time , improve nursing satisfaction.
