Abstract

We demonstrate dust particle attraction in a plasma due to plasma particle and neutral particle bombardment. A criteria of charged dust agglomeration is found, where the attraction forces, due to bombardment, exceed the dust repulsion forces due to Coulomb interaction between like charges. Agglomerates in the systems which are optically thin for thermal radiation of dust particles is considered.
