Abstract

Many women have put off or canceled scheduled mammograms due to the implementation of lockdown measures, social distancing protocols, and fears of being exposed to the virus. This article examines the impact of the pandemic on screening mammography volumes, breast biopsies, and patient outcomes in a large Louisiana women's specialty hospital.
