Abstract

AbstractWe explored the experiences of eight foreign‐born faculty who taught multicultural counseling courses and found six themes related to intersectionality, negative experiences, and environmental factors. Implications for this study include suggestions for supporting foreign‐born faculty on environmental, departmental, and interpersonal levels.
