Abstract

Bu calismada mekanik alasimlama yontemi ile uretilen %12 B4C takviyeli Al %2 grafit matrisli kompozit malzemenin farkli cozeltilerdeki korozyon davranisi incelenmistir. Hazirlanan tozlar planeter tip alasimlama cihazinda mekanik alasimlanmistir. Mekanik alasimlanan tozlar, hidrolik preste 750 MPa basinc altinda soguk preslenerek ham numuneler uretilmistir. Uretilen ham numuneler 600°C sicaklikta 2 saat sinterlenmistir. Korozyon testleri iki farkli cozeltide (%3,5 NaCl ve 0,1 M H2SO4) potansiyodinamik polarizasyon yontemi ile yapilmistir. Korozyon testleri sonucunda, NaCl cozeltisinde H2SO4 cozeltisine gore dusuk akim yogunlugu elde edilmistir. Ayrica elektrokimyasal empedans olcumlerinde H2SO4 cozeltisi icerisinde, Nyquist egrisinin daha dusuk bir yarim daire capina ve dusuk frekanslarda enduktif bir donguye sahip oldugu gorulmustur.
