Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship beteween the anxiety and job stressors of emergency nurses.Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),the Chinese Nursing Stressor Scale (CNSS) were used to investigate 330 emergency nurses.The correlation factors were analyzed statistically.Results The average score of the anxiety was (49.2 ± 12.7),and the incidence of anxiety was 56.0％.The anxiety was positively correlated with the total score of job stressors (r =0.715,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The generation of anxiety has the close relations with job stressors.It is very important for emergency nurses to relieve the anxiety by using the effective management of human resources.
