Abstract
Dr. Gretchen Dietz is Assistant Professor of Teaching in Civil Engineering, Technology, and Construction Management at the William States Lee College of Engineering at the University of North Carolina–Charlotte. Dr. Dietz discussed her journey of combining her passions for engineering and education and how that led her toward higher education for Women in Higher Education.
