Abstract

In this paper, lifting mechanism of a certain maintenance vehicle is taken as the research object. Aiming at the problem of slow response of lifting, a control method based on fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed. This paper analyses the hydraulic system and structural characteristics of the maintenance vehicle lifting mechanism, constructs the mathematical model of the control object of the lifting mechanism, establishes the simulation model in the MATLAB/Simulink environment, and finally adds the fuzzy PID control method to the control model of the lifting mechanism, so that it can dynamically adjust the parameters of the controller. The conclusion shows that the fuzzy PID control effectively improves the response speed of the lifting mechanism and shortens the response time, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the control of the maintenance vehicle lifting mechanism.
