Abstract

The objective evaluation of the quality and potential of the human resources involved in education, the rural school education in particular, according to the continuous training and improvement, represents one of the major premises necessary to the projection of some realistic strategies, sustainable of changing and efficiency in the rural school education for continuous development. The identification of the involved factors' value, teachers', students', parents' and all the other rural community people's, will bring relevant benefits to the assurance of the equality of opportunities and the increase of participation to education.
