Abstract

In order to solve the existing defects of the current human capital incentive mechanism for university teachers, this paper constructs a human capital incentive mechanism for university teachers from the perspective of big data. Using big data technology to collect the human capital data of university teachers, this paper constructs the pricing model of university teachers' human capital. Combining the pricing of human capital of university teachers and the objective function of investment incentive decision, this paper constructs the incentive mechanism of human capital of university teachers from the establishment of salary incentive mechanism, teacher appointment system, teacher human capital assessment system, environment incentive mechanism, inspection and feedback system. The experimental results show that this mechanism can make the human resource management of university teachers develop toward the institutionalization direction, further improve the utilization rate of university knowledge capital and teacher satisfaction, and fully verify the effectiveness of this mechanism.
