Abstract

In order to grasp the state of the cable force timely and evaluate the operational performance of the bridge structure accurately, the construction of the cable force monitoring system and the evaluation method of the cable force state were studied in this paper. First, the discrimination method of massive data was formed using grey association degree theory which can effectively control the data transmission. Second, the cable force monitoring system was constructed and using the neural network method to analyzed and evaluated the single cable force. Then the analysis and force evaluation method of the whole bridge cables were formed based on the grey association degree and support vector machine algorithm. Finally, the correctness and reliability of the proposed method was verified by a three-span suspender arch bridge.
