Abstract
Resource Pool is a brand new application form of IT infrastructure in large enterprise, which is as one of the important way to promote infrastructure transformation under the cloud computing environment. According to exactly statistics and analysis in a large power enterprise, a new standard of Resource Pool optimal is proposed in this paper. This standard can objective provide optimal resource allocation decision to information manager, as to improve the effective utilization of resources.
