Abstract

In order to improve the purpose and pertinence of teaching, Peking University First Hospital established the teaching performance evaluation and management system, and organized implementation accordingly. Management tools such as the PDCA cycle was used to improve the teaching performance indicators, teaching performance evaluation system and teaching performance management information system. A more scientific and reasonable teaching performance evaluation and management system was established so as to promote the healthy development of teaching work.
