Abstract
ABSTRACT The essential oil of Zingiber zerumbet (L.) Sm. from Vietnam, obtained by steam distillation of the rhizomes, has been analyzed by a combination of capillary gas chromatography and GC/MS. More than 30 components have been identified, of which zerumbone is the major constituent (72.3%).
