Abstract

Objective To develop the experts consensus on the conservative therapy for cervical radiculopathy, in order to provide the non-operative strategies for clinical practice. Methods An expert panel composed of 22 spine surgeons, 3 physiotherapist and 3 pain management doctors from China was established. The final consensus on conservative therapy for cervical radiculopathy was developed by using the Delphi method after multiple rounds of screening and anonymous voting. Results The expert panel reached consensus on 16 interventions and did not reached consensus on 8 interventions after 2 rounds of anonymous voting. Conclusions The 16 recommendations for conservative treatment of cervical radiculopathy can be served as the reference in clinical practice. The corresponding process and treatment strategy can be developed according to the consensus. Key words: Delphi technique; Radiculopathy
