Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy, women play an increasingly important role in the workplace. Male and female senior executives have different risk preferences and behavior in organizational behavior, which have an impact on the decision-making team. The real estate industry has so many characters, such as a large amount of funds, high return, high risk, high value-added industries, and so on. Therefore the choice of real estate enterprises as an example of female participation has some practical significance and innovation. The empirical part of this article first has carried on the business performance factor analysis, draw the conclusion: more women in the top management team, to a certain extent, TMT scale is larger, enterprise scale is larger, the better business performance. Through the regression analysis and conclusion, the higher the level of education, the better of enterprise performance of female chief executives, senior women age negatively correlated with firm performance. Therefore, increasing in the proportion of women in top management team, we should also pay attention to the influence of senior women age level and education level on the performance of enterprises.
