Abstract
We present the computation of the α s 3 correction to the two-point function of the pseudoscalar gluon currents. The obtained information is used to determine the relation between the scales of the gluon and quark channels. We apply the finite energy sum rules and estimate the value of the η'-meson decay constant and the mass of the η'-excitation.
