Abstract

Congenital midline defect in anterior arch of the atlas is one of the rarely seen spinal anomalies. The cases with congenital midline defect may lead to errors in terms of fracture in craniocervical trauma cases. In addition to clinical data, BT diagnosis is also very useful. In this case, BT findings of a patient with congenital midline defect in anterior arch of atlas were presented.
