Abstract
Measurements of the kinetic coefficients of cadmium arsenide single crystals have been made as a function of temperature and magnetic field. It is shown that the first conduction band is of Kane-type. The concentrations, mobilities, density of states, and effective masses of the two types of electrons as well as the separation energy between the two conduction band minima are determined.
