The conceptual system and methodology of the organization of construction in relation to road construction

Abstract

By the method of system analysis and various methods of formalization and structuring of conceptual systems, the substantiation of theoretical methods of research on the organization of construction was carried out. The conditions for the construction of the functioning and interaction of systems are considered. The terminological diversity of the description of the methods of construction organization is analyzed. It is shown that the conceptual systems of construction organization are interacting groups of goals, objectives and methods of organization, such as: "normative definitions", "parameters of construction duration", "parameters of technological processes", "resource provision", "operational communication and information exchange", "construction control", "acceptance-delivery of the object", "scientific research and design methods". It is shown that the methodology of construction organization (including road construction) should rationalize the 8 above-mentioned systems and structure theoretical models and practical methods of solving production problems for each conceptual system according to a single criterion of organizational and technological reliability of construction. It is shown that the methodologies of organizational and technological reliability and organization of construction allow us to set direct and inverse problems of the theory of organizational and technological reliability of construction works. A systematic definition of the concept of "organization of construction" is proposed. An approach to the mathematical description of organizational and technological reliability through the key parameters of the organization of construction (including road construction) is proposed.
