Abstract
The relevance of the article arises from the need to plan various options for the country’s exit from the state of war crisis and post-war devastation. Futurological research allows you to combine knowledge of the past, knowledge of other countries and eras with the possibility of forecasting and prediction. The economy, the issue of environmental protection, the level of education and production, along with issues of demography and population health, and a number of other tasks are building the foundation of actions in the state already now. The issues of the educational space are strongly connected with the issues of understanding the phasing and priority of future steps. Motivational tasks and the issue of the psychological state of the population and the corresponding philosophical reflection on this matter become paramount.
