Abstract
In the article the subject of the theme and purpose of the work is the conceptualization of the formation and development of a new type of society – the smart- society developing in the modern era of the information revolution. The article uses the system methodology for the analysis of complex problems of development of project-oriented business from information to smart-business and analysed category vehicle concept of the development of project-oriented business. Defined the essence of the project-oriented organization and its purpose in terms of the transition from the information entity to smart organizations in terms of digital transformation. Shown is an example of the application of smart technologies-staffìng organizations, indicating difficulties finding staff to work in the smart organìzcaìâh in the conditions of the digital transformation of society in the age of the Internet
