The Concept of Syifa in the Qur'an: Comparative Study of Tafsir Al Ibriz and Tafsir Al Azhar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to compare the interpretations of KH Bisri Mustofa and KH Malik Karim Amrullah in the Qur'an, and how to analyze the concept of Syifa in the Qur'an with different views according to KH Bisri Mustofa and KH Malik Karim Amrullah. This research is a type of literature research and the approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection method used in this study was to find the word Syifa in the Qur'an which was described in the book of Tafsir Al-Ibriz by KH Bisri Mustofa and Tafsir Al-Azhar by KH Malik Karim Amrullah.
 And analyze it between the two Tafsir opinions. The data analysis method used by the researcher was by means of muqoron adjusting the results of the study with the theory that had been described and then the data was analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis of the concept of Syifa in the Qur'an based on two different points of view, namely the Tafsir Al-Azhar by KH Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah and Tafsir Al-Ibriz by KH Bisri Mustofa. In Tafsir Al-Azhar it is more inclined to modern Sufism while in Tafsir Al-Ibriz understands the concept of Syifa by connecting to local wisdom.
