Abstract

The introduction of the concept of lean manufacturing in a medical clinic allows you to quickly achieve a strong competitive advantage by increasing the efficiency of resource management, including reducing labor costs, the efficiency of space and capacity, downtime to normalized KPIs, increase overall customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS). The introduction of the lean manufacturing concept at the first stage does not require significant organizational efforts or investments. But it allows you to achieve results due to industry novelty: so far, SMEs and large clinics in Russia are not seriously engaged in studying and debugging life cycles, limiting themselves to individual sections, for example, promotion.
