Abstract
The rationale of the research lies in low effectiveness of the existing management concept of industrial enterprises economic development. The aim of the article is to develop a management concept of industrial enterprises economic development amid the global financial and economic crisis. The used peer review method helped to discover critical factors of economic development of industrial enterprises. Also the study presents the authorial methodology of evaluating index numbers of industrial enterprises’ development by various elements. To ensure the representativeness of the sample we chose Kirov region’s industrial enterprises of different sizes and different forms of ownership, namely: JSC “Electric Machine Building Plant “Lepse”, JSC “Novo-Vyatka”, LLC “Boichemical Plant”, CJSC “Omutninsk Metallurgical Plant”. The paper presents the author’s concept of industrial enterprises economic development, adapted to the current economic conditions and the requirements, formed during the global financial and economic crisis. Managing the factors of industrial enterprises economic development in the framework of the proposed concept will enhance the cost-effectiveness of their activities.
