Abstract

Most human rights instruments, especially the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights contains several provisions which are concerned exclusively with the issue of consent. The statement and the report Venice International Bioethics Committee on the Dramatically legal concept of to a broader and more detailed concepts such as respect for the dignity and integrity and autonomy, connects.
