Abstract

Environmental right is a statutory right that a natural person enjoys to the good ecological environment conducive to his/her existence and development. Philosophically, its subject is confined to nature persons while its object is the environmental ecological function. Its contents cover the interests related to environmental ecological function while its privileges and functions include the substantive right of maintaining and enjoying the environmental ecological functions, and the procedural rights of participation in environmental events, access to information, right to claim, etc., among which, the right of participation is the core one.
